Every product and supplier on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to make sure that you get an optimal shipping experience.

When your order gets shipped, we will notify you via email. Included in the email, will be the carrier name and your tracking number. We encourage you to call the carrier directly to arrange for your delivery. For residential deliveries, the freight carrier may contact you to schedule delivery date. You may go to the freight carrier’s website to track your shipment.

If you are purchasing multiple items from different manufacturers, your order will ship from different warehouses and may ship on different days. We will email you all the tracking associated with your shipment.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to sales@rainbowbestdeals.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Returns:

You may return your unsused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. Products that have been altered or modified in any way are not eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds.
